Our journey from startup to successful exit taught me that with the right priorities (God, Family, Business - in that order), you can create something extraordinary without losing what matters most.

In “The Power Couple,” we share the raw truth about building an empire with your soulmate. No glossy Instagram version - just real stories and proven strategies from two people who figured out how to scale a healthcare business, keep the romance alive, and still make it to family dinner. Today, I help other entrepreneurs, especially women, design lives they love through speaking, media appearances, and business coaching. Because building a business shouldn’t mean choosing between success and happiness - you can have both.

William is a dynamic leader and seasoned entrepreneur with a remarkable track record in pediatric dentistry and business operations. As the co-founder and former CEO and Director of Operations at American Pediatric Dental Group, he has shaped innovative dental care strategies and is currently serving as Senior Director at the same organization. William also founded the American Pediatric Sedation Center, a specialized office dedicated to providing IV sedation for fearful and special-needs patients, ensuring compassionate care for those who need it most.

A board-certified pediatric dentist and former professor at Nova Southeastern University’s Department of Pediatric Dentistry, William combines academic expertise with hands-on experience. With an MBA focused on finance, he excels in leadership, business operations, and entrepreneurship. Co-author of The Power Couple: Navigating the Rollercoaster of Marriage, Business, and Parenthood with Your Soulmate, William brings a wealth of knowledge and insight into balancing personal and professional success.
