After climbing the corporate ladder as a Fortune 500 executive, I discovered my true prescription for success: entrepreneurship. My husband and I co-founded and scaled American Pediatric Dental Group to seven locations, managing 130+ team members and 18 doctors, culminating in an eight-figure exit in 2021.

My husband, William, is not only the co-founder of The Power Couple but also an incredible leader and entrepreneur with a passion for making a difference. As the co-founder and former CEO of American Pediatric Dental Group, he’s been instrumental in shaping innovative care for children.
He also founded the American Pediatric Sedation Center to support fearful and special-needs patients during treatment. A board-certified pediatric dentist with an MBA in finance, William seamlessly blends his expertise in dentistry, business, and leadership. Together, we’ve shared our journey of balancing marriage, business, and parenthood in our book, The Power Couple. I couldn’t be prouder of the impact he’s made!

It all began with a cap and a gown. I proudly graduated from Pharmacy School, armed with a degree and a passion to make a difference in the world of healthcare. I thought I knew exactly where I was headed in my future, but nothing could have prepared me for the journey ahead.
